Rules & Regulations
All students of B.N. College of Education (B.N.C.E.) are expected to maintain discipline, decorum, and dignity within and outside the college premises. The following rules govern student behavior and responsibilities:

Students must come to the college decently attired and carry their college Identity Card at all times

Conduct should be disciplined and respectful; any action that disrupts normal college activities is strictly prohibited.

Punctuality and regular attendance are mandatory. Students absent for more than 10 days from the commencement of classes may have their names removed from the rolls.

Students must attend at least 75% of classes per subject each semester; failure to do so will result in being declared non-collegiate, making them ineligible for final examinations.

Students are responsible for regularly checking the college notice board and website for updates. The college is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by negligence.

Subject changes are allowed within one month of the commencement of classes with written application to the Principal.

All students must adhere to the college rules, regulations, and traditions. Violation may lead to disciplinary action.

Students must take care of college furniture, property, medicinal and ornamental plants, and maintain cleanliness and sanctity of the campus. Any damage or destruction is strictly forbidden.

Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited; students and guardians are required to sign an affidavit against it.

In any matter not mentioned above, the decision of the Principal or college authority shall be final and binding on all students.
