- Human Resource Development: Vacancies will be promptly filled through proper selection committees. Faculty will be encouraged to participate in professional development programs, collaborative learning initiatives, and research projects. - Staff Facilities: Improvements such as spacious work environments, personal computers, and Wi-Fi access in staff rooms will be provided for better working conditions.
